Please do rub it carefully so that the bag will not be damaged. Please avoid storing under the sun when it is not in use.

We offer international shipping globally. SINBONO provide free shipping worldwide on order over $109 USD, a $9.9 fee for orders below $109.
Time required for the shipment
Once we receive your order, our warehouse team will process the order within one business day. However, bags might need to be collected from warehouses at different locations. While also adhering to international shipping distancing measures, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to ship. (except presale items)

International duties and/or taxes
Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order. The amount calculated depends on the destination country's tax and valuation method.
Tracking number
After order placement, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. The tracking number will be sent via a separate email once your order is ready to leave the warehouse. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing the shipment status.
Late delivery
In the event of a late delivery, SINBONO will do all it can to get your package delivered to you as quickly as possible. However, we cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in shipments that are the result of delays that are the fault of our couriers (YunExpress & DHL) or a result of customs clearance delays.
Package lost
For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

WRONG/INCOMPLETE ADDRESS DISCLAIMER (IF APPLICABLE)
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly and completely. If the wrong/incomplete shipping address is provided, please contact us at customerservice@sinbono.com immediately! We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a small time gap to correct/change the address of your order and cannot guarantee the change. If the parcel is shipped with the incorrect/incomplete address the courier may not accept an address change. If the parcel is returned and the buyer requests to reship the parcel additional shipping fees may be applied. Kindly note that when the package is in transit, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please make sure you write the correct/complete address when you place an order. SINBONO is not responsible if you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
LOST PARCEL DISCLAIMER (IF APPLICABLE)
Most packages shipped with our standard shipping are delivered by your local postal worker. In most cases, the package is either in the building or with a neighbor. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you have not located your order, please check with the local carrier. If you need further assistance, please send email to customerservice@sinbono.com and include the proof of lost parcel.
ORDER CANCELLATION/ MODIFICATION
If you decide to cancel or modify your order please write to us at customerservice@sinbono.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it’s too late for our team to cancel/modify your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it. Please note, if a SINBONO account is created after placing an order, the order will not appear in your dashboard. We are also unable to link the order to a new account. Only orders placed with a SINBONO account will appear in your account. If you place an order as a guest, you will still receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.
