Thank you for shopping at SINBONO. We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your SINBONO purchase. We offer you 30-day refund policy. We would like to provide you with happy shopping experience and appreciate your continued support.
- All regular priced items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Clearance or sale items are not eligible for refund.
- Item(s) must be new and in the same condition that you receive it and in the original packaging.
- All original hang tags and components are included in the packaging when you return it.
1.Email Us. Please send an email to email@example.com with the subject line: “RETURN OF ORDER” and include the order number, item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. Please also attach a photo if it’s a quality issue.
2.We will get back to you soon and will advise you with next steps.
3.Return the item(s). Kindly note that we do require the customer to cover the returning shipping costs. Once we receive your return, we will process the refund within 1-3 business days and you will receive an confirmation email.
4. Kindly note that for express shipping orders, shipping fee is non-refundable. For free shipping orders, we do charge $9.9 for cancelling the order. If the order contains over 2 items, cancellation fee will be charged according to the shipping cost.
It will take 1-3 business days for us to process your refund after we receive it. The refund will be returned to your original payment account.
LATE REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)
The transaction of refund may take up to 3-10 business days, depending on the credit card bank you are using. If you haven’t received the refund after you receiving our confirmation mail, please contact your bank and check with them. If you still haven’t received the refund after doing this, please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES (IF APPLICABLE)
Kindly note that when the package is in transit, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please make sure you write the correct address when you place an order. SINBONO is not responsible if you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
Unfortunately we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to process an exchange, we recommend you return the order first and place a new one. Kindly note that we can only ship the new product after we receive the refund product.
