All SINBONO products are made from eco-friendly and cruelty-free materials. Here are some tips for you to help your item last a lifetime.

STORAGE

- Please unpack your handbag carefully and avoid damaging the bag. - Store your bag in our dust cover when you are not wearing it to keep it clean and beautiful.

- Please avoid hanging your handbag by its straps. This might put pressure on its sharp connectors and can wear out its seams prematurely.

- Please do not folding and stack something on top your bag. - Please avoid store under the sun when it is not in use.

- To avoid color transfer, please do not put the light colored bags with darker colored bags.

CLEANING

- You may use leather wipes to clean your bags, or just simply use a clean cloth with water and soap to wipe the stain. Please do rub it carefully and lightly so that the bag will not be damaged.

- Please make sure the bag is not getting wet in the rain. - Please do not use hair-dryer to dry the bags as the heat will damage the materials.
